1 teaspoon dried rhodiola root (Rhodiola rosea)
1 teaspoon dried chamomile flowers (optional, for added relaxation)
4 cups (960ml) water
Honey or maple syrup to taste (optional)
A slice of fresh lemon or orange (optional)
Method
Combine Herbs: In a large teapot or saucepan, combine the dried holy basil, lemon balm, ginseng, rhodiola, and chamomile (if using).
Boil Water: Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a separate kettle or pot.
