  • 1/2 cup diced mango (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/2 cup diced papaya (fresh or frozen)

  • 1/2 cup coconut water or pineapple juice

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt alternative

  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar

  • A squeeze of fresh lime juice

  • A handful of ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the fruits by washing, peeling, and dicing as needed.
